There’s a great exhibition of pop art by Gavin Kilcommons in the Art House just off Division Street at the moment. This exhibition has been on for a while, but I finally took some pictures of Gavin’s fantastic works the other week and wanted to share them here.

Pete McKee's 6 Weeks to Eternity

Yesterday afternoon I headed over to Magna in Rotherham to see Sheffield artist Pete McKee’s latest exhibition 6 Weeks to Eternity with my partner. It’s his largest exhibition to date and was definitely worth the trip. It’s only on for two days (14th and 15th May) so if you’re reading this on the morning of the 15th and haven’t been yet, get over there quick!

Dirtyface Live at the Millennium Gallery

Sheffield’s Millenium Gallery and Dirtyface hosted an evening of art, music and live mural painting on Friday night. It was a great event with a buzzing atmosphere.
