Evening time in the Devonshire Street is often inhabited by partygoers out for a good time in one of the many drinking establishments around the Devonshire Quarter. Churchills dry cleaners and laundry service gives a fun acknowledgement of the area’s nightlife with this street art painted onto its shop shutters: a guy donning a traffic cone in front of a laundrette.
