Description
When someone stole the top panel of Phlegm’s Bradfield Road mural, they took away the owl-like character and left the artwork in a sorry state. Thankfully, Phlegm returned and painted the replacement panel with a new owl figure. Except, not wanting to just recreate the original artwork he has made the owl a skeletal figure, a humourous nod to the loss of the original bird.
