Lick of Paint Festival

Street Art Sheffield has been saying for many years that Sheffield deserves a street art festival. An opportunity to celebrate our existing scene and see the creation of new artworks. Well finally a festival is coming in the form of Lick of Paint.
Founded by Neck of the Woods Studio and Peachzz, Lick of Paint is an artist-led biennial street art festival. Taking place over the first weekend of September, it will feature free workshops, talks and other events in Sheffield city centre. Artists from Sheffield, the wider Yorkshire region and beyond will come together to create new incredible public artworks.
Lick of Paint looks to be an exciting weekend for Sheffield and the street art community.
Street Art Sheffield at Lick of Paint
We're excited to announce that Street Art Sheffield will be participating in the festival. Come join Andy, founder of Street Art Sheffield, on a street art tour of the festival. There will be tours running on both days of Lick of Paint. It will be a great way to discover what's going on and see the artists in action.
