Description

Mik Richardson’s Tin Lizzie is designed to look like the elephant has been constructed from steel components. The Herd of Sheffield is inspired by Lizzie the elephant who pulled the steelworks carts during the First World War which helped inspire Mik with the design for his sculpture.

Tin Lizzie is also the nickname for the Model T Ford car.
