Kelham Island
Kelham Island is a former industrial area based around the River Don to the North of the city centre. The island isn’t much of an island and was manmade to help power local workshops using water wheels. It’s now a trendy residential area with some great real ale pubs and a few nice pieces of street art including Phlegms’ Riverside mural.
