Description
New wall mural on the front of the council’s Animal Shelter on Corporation Street by local artist Rob Lee. It is his largest mural to date at 20 metres in width and painted entirely by spray paint.
This new work which replaces Phlegm’s mural was commissioned by Year of Making.
